Ngan Nguyen

Ngan Nguyen, PhD, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Global Diversity & Talent Management at Citi since July 2022 and has been the Co-Founder and President of Ai Vy Springrolls, a gourmet food business specializing in organic spring rolls, since 2011. Prior roles include National Director of Research and Executive Networks at Ascend Leadership, Global Initiatives Executive Advisor at Asia Society, Gender & Education Advisor at UNESCO, and Environment & Poverty Alleviation Policy Advisor at Oxfam. Ngan's academic credentials include a PhD in International Relations/Political Science from SOAS University of London, a Master's in Law & Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Asian Studies from Tulane University.
