Tatiana Ossa has over a decade of experience in customer service and management within the insurance industry. Currently, Tatiana serves as the Customer Correspondence Manager at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, a role held since June 2013, and has progressed through various positions including Consumer Services Manager and Customer Care Supervisor. Before rejoining Citizens Property Insurance Corporation in December 2010, Tatiana worked as an Account Representative at The Marcus Group, and in earlier roles as an Insurance Agency Representative and Customer Care Representative.
