Craig Purdie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Craig began their career as a Store Supervisor at Greggs PLC in 2002 and later worked as a Process Operator at Bekaert from 2004 to 2006. Craig then transitioned into the customer service field, working at HEROtsc as a Contact Center Associate from 2006 to 2007. Craig quickly moved up the ranks and became a Team Leader, a role they held from 2007 to 2011. Craig then became an Operations Manager at HEROtsc, taking on various responsibilities including maintaining client relationships and ensuring operational effectiveness. In 2011, they acted as the Operational Lead for the Derby Set up project, where they played a crucial role in establishing a new contact center. Craig joined Webhelp TSC in 2012 as a Site Lead, overseeing a large service campaign. Craig later joined Webhelp UK as a Service Support Manager in 2013, where they focused on performance management and continuous improvement. In 2014, they joined RESPONSE as an Operations Manager, managing multiple campaigns. Finally, Craig joined City Facilities Management Ltd in 2015 and has held various roles, including Helpdesk Manager, Business IT Manager, Business Support Manager, and currently serves as the Head of IT and Data.

Craig Purdie attended Glenwood High School in Glenrothes from 1998 to 2002.
