Joe Ellickson has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in communications, campaign management, and government organizations. Joe most recently worked as the Director of Communications and Engagement for the City of Eagan. Prior to that, they were the Communications and Digital Media Manager for the City of Saint Paul, where they led both external and internal communications and marketing efforts. Joe has also served as a political director for Al Franken for Senate 2014 and as a campaign manager for Mark Andrew for Minneapolis. Additionally, they have worked in roles such as Prevailing Wage Enforcement Officer for the Hennepin County Attorneys Office and Deputy Campaign Manager for Our Vote Our Future - Vote No on Voter Restriction.
