Chad Crouch has extensive work experience in various roles related to labor relations and management. Chad began their career at UPS in 2002 as a part-time supervisor and later became a full-time supervisor. Chad then worked as an operations manager, where they built a collaborative team and focused on customer service, safety, growth, and production. In 2017, Chad became a labor relations manager at UPS and eventually progressed to the position of director of labor relations. In 2020, they joined Ben Franklin Transit as a labor relations manager. Currently, Chad is employed as the human resources director at the City of Kennewick, a position they started in 2023.
Chad Crouch has a strong education background in business administration with a focus on human resource management. In 2003, they began their undergraduate studies at American InterContinental University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Chad completed this program in 2005.
Continuing their education, Chad enrolled in American InterContinental University once again in 2011, this time to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management. Chad completed this program in 2012.
In addition to their formal education, Chad has obtained two certifications related to software training. In February 2023, they completed Word Essential Training (Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn. Later in May 2023, they also completed Visio 2021 Essential Training (Office 2021/LTSC), also from LinkedIn.
