Kiara R.

Kiara R. has a diverse work experience. Currently, they work at the City of Philadelphia as the Public Health Operations Team Lead at the Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management. In this role, they oversee the setup, operation, and teardown of various public health operations. Kiara also manages organizational activities such as maintenance, inventory management, and fleet services. Kiara supervises a staff of Public Health Operational Support Workers, assigns tasks, ensures accountability, completes necessary documentation, and maintains compliance with safety protocols.

Prior to this, Kiara worked as a Covid Operations Support Worker at the Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management. Outside of their work at the City of Philadelphia, they also serve as the Captain in the Philadelphia Police Explorer Cadet Program. In this role, they coordinate and leads trainings within the program, assesses areas for improvement in operational procedures, and develops and approves public documentation.

Additionally, Kiara gained experience as a High School Fellow at the Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management and as a Life Guard at Sesame Place.

Kiara R. attended Archbishop Ryan High School from 2016 to 2020. Kiara then pursued a degree in Computer Information Systems at Arizona State University from 2022 to 2025.
