Russell Wilcox

Russell Wilcox has a solid work experience in the IT industry. Russell started their career at ADM in 1998 as a Windows Systems Manager and worked there until 2007. In 2008, they joined Epiq Systems as a Senior Windows Engineer for a few months. In 2009, they began working at Close Brothers as an IT Operations Manager. Russell then progressed to become the IT Services Director in 2011 and finally the Head of IT Services in 2014, where they are currently employed.

Russell Wilcox obtained a B.Eng (Hons) degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Bradford between 1991 and 1995. Prior to that, they pursued A Levels in Latin, Greek, and Ancient History at Brentwood School, UK from 1983 to 1989. Additionally, they hold certifications in ITIL V3 (Foundation), ITIL V3 Continual Service Improvement (Intermediate), ITIL V3 Service Transition (Intermediate), and Prince2 (Practitioner).
