Lawrence Yew

Lawrence Yew has a diverse work experience spanning over 28 years. Lawrence started their career at HP as a Customer Support Engineer in 1993. Later, they joined Sun Microsystems, where they held various roles including Technical Training Instructor, Systems Support Consultant, Team Leader, Solutions Architect, and Services Account Manager.

In 2008, Lawrence joined NetApp as a Business Development Manager, where they managed support and services delivery partners in ASEAN.

From 2009 to 2019, Lawrence worked at Riverbed Technology, where they held multiple positions such as Services Program Manager, Director of Global Customer Support in APJ, and Global Partner Success Program Lead in APJ. Lawrence was responsible for partner support strategies, strengthening partnerships, and driving business growth through customer service, technical support, and partner programs.

In 2020, Lawrence joined InfoFabrica as a Director of Education and Business Development in ASEAN. Lawrence focused on driving profitable training business, collaborating with technology partners, and ensuring customer success in their digital transformation journey.

Currently, Lawrence Yew is the Head of Cloud Services Delivery (ASEAN) at Cloud Kinetics. Lawrence is responsible for leading a services delivery team and driving growth in field support, managed services, and professional services portfolio. Lawrence also develops strategies to enhance the services portfolio and provide the best service offerings to fit customer needs.

Lawrence Yew obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Birmingham in 2001-2002. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Staffordshire University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications such as FinOps Certified Practitioner from The Linux Foundation in 2023, and certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, ISEB, NetApp, OGC, and the Project Management Institute.
