Niraj Ghai has a diverse and extensive work experience. Niraj currently holds the position of Director - Strategic Sourcing Green Coffee at Club Coffee since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Mayar Group as a Regional Supply Chain Manager - North America from October 2018 to August 2019. During this role, they successfully sourced and sold industrial inputs from the US and Canada to Asian clients, acquired new clients, and doubled the trade-flow. Niraj also curated a portfolio of industrial raw materials and designed a proprietary Traffic Management System.

Before Mayar Group, Niraj worked at Olam International Ltd for a significant portion of their career. Niraj held various roles including Country Manager & Vice President from January 2013 to October 2018, General Manager from October 2007 to December 2012, Business Manager from October 2002 to September 2007, and Branch Manager from June 2000 to September 2002. In these roles, they demonstrated skills in setting up and scaling coffee plantations, building relationships, implementing ERP systems, trading industrial raw materials, and managing procurement and supply chains.

At Cadbury India Ltd, Niraj worked as a Commercial Manager (Procurement) from May 1999 to June 2000. Niraj was responsible for sourcing niche raw materials and reducing the total cost of ownership for ingredients.

Niraj'scareer began at Nestlé where they worked as a Production Manager - Manufacturing from July 1995 to June 1997. During this time, they consistently achieved productivity targets and implemented projects to improve line efficiencies.

Prior to that, they completed a B-Tech degree in Dairy Science from the National Dairy Research Institute in Karnal from 1991 to 1995. Niraj attended Kendriya Vidyalaya Fertilizer Corporation of India in Ramagundam from 1979 to 1991 for their school education. In terms of additional certifications, they earned certifications in "Leading at a Distance," "Lean Six Sigma Foundations," and "Operational Excellence Foundations" from LinkedIn in 2021, 2020, and 2020 respectively.
