Melissa Manning

Melissa Manning is the Customer Success Director at Cobu. Melissa has been with the company for 5 years and 1 month, and has held various positions during their tenure, including Senior Manager, Innovation, Customer Success Director, Director of Community, and Community Manager.

Prior to joining Cobu, Melissa was a Project Manager for the Album of US, a art & travel project consisting of 10k photographs and 20 hours of video. Melissa was responsible for designing and coding the website, which was visited by 7k people from 95 countries. Melissa also managed community relationships while traveling over 40k miles through the 48 contiguous United States in a temperamental ‘83 Volkswagen Vanagon.

Before their work on the Album of US, Melissa was with Premier Research for 1 year and 7 months as a Project Specialist and Clinical Trial Associate. In these roles, they were responsible for facilitating study team and financial tracking, timeline adherence, and team communication; assisting in adherence to project budgets and scope of work; overseeing document processing, timely delivery, filing, and archiving for a complement of clinical studies; and performing QC checks to ensure documents complied with SOPs, GCPs, and other regulations.

Melissa Manning attended Trinity College, where they earned a B.S. in Biology. During their time at Trinity College, they were a member of the Women's Rugby Football Club and studied abroad at James Cook University in Townsville, Queensland, Australia.
