Tony Diamond has several years of work experience in the culinary field. Tony recently worked as a Head Chef at College Chefs, LLC, where they were responsible for food preparation, production, and service for a large number of members. Prior to that, they worked at The Lexington School as a Kitchen Staff/Lead Line, where they prepared food for a school and staff with special dietary needs. Tony also has experience as a Line Cook at Pasta Garage "Italian Cafe" and Portofino Restaurant, where they handled food preparation, maintained sanitization standards, and assisted with daily operations. In addition to their culinary experience, Tony Diamond also has experience as a GIS Consultant for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, a GIS Consultant for TEKsystems, and various roles in the US Navy and the Office of Naval Intelligence, where they gained leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Tony Diamond attended Sullivan University from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2008, they attended Lee University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication - Advertising.
