Amanda Cisneros

Amanda Cisneros has a strong background in various roles within the people operations and real estate industries.

Amanda began their career in 2015 as a Leasing Agent for Asset Living, where they excelled and was promoted to the role of Community Manager in 2016. Amanda demonstrated their skills in managing and overseeing the operations of multiple communities until 2018.

In 2017, Amanda made a transition to the hospitality industry and worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Hilton Hotels & Resorts for nearly a year.

Amanda then joined Roscoe Property LLC in 2018 as a Leasing Consultant, where they showcased their sales and customer service abilities.

In 2020, Amanda took on a new challenge as an Associate Agent at Redfin. Amanda gained experience in the real estate field and worked with clients to meet their needs until 2021.

In 2021, Amanda joined ESO, initially as an Office & People Coordinator before moving into the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator in 2022.

Most recently, Amanda worked at Common as a People Operations Coordinator, where they supported various aspects of the recruitment process, managed the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform, and handled job postings and scheduling.

Throughout their career, Amanda has consistently demonstrated their strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide excellent customer service.

Amanda Cisneros has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Mass Communication from Texas State University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Spanish from Austin Community College between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, in March 2021, Amanda obtained a certification in "Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing" from LinkedIn, and in May 2022, they obtained a certification in "Collaborative hiring" from Greenhouse Software.
