Product Lead at Common

Kyle Petersson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kyle most recently worked at Common as a Business Operations Manager starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they were an Entrata System Administrator at Common from August 2021 to May 2022. Kyle also served as a Manager, Leasing Administration at Common from May 2021 to August 2021. Before joining Common, Kyle was a Sr Leasing Specialist at an undisclosed company from February 2020 to May 2021, where they consistently met or exceeded sales goals and played a role in improving team reporting and SF processes.

Prior to their role at Common, Kyle worked at TurnKey Vacation Rentals as a Home Care Supervisor from February 2019 to January 2020. Kyle has also gained experience as a Manager at Two Doors Down from January 2016 to December 2016, where they quickly advanced to the managerial role and performed various tasks including serving, bartending, and managing both front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Additionally, they worked at Amazon (Fulfillment by Amazon) via Aerotek as an Outreach Team Operations Specialist from November 2015 to December 2015, where they communicated with FBA sellers, produced reports, and built a scheduling system using Excel. Kyle also worked as a Risk Investigator at Amazon (Fulfillment by Amazon) and consistently exceeded weekly productivity targets.

Furthermore, Kyle gained experience in finance as an Office Assistant at the University of Puget Sound Finance Department from September 2012 to May 2015. In this role, they handled daily cash management, bank reconciliations, data entry, and other financial and administrative tasks. Kyle worked alongside senior accountants to ensure the fiscal integrity of the university.

Lastly, Kyle co-founded College Trucks for Hire LLC in April 2014, where they served as the Co-Founder/CFO. This business provided manual labor services by hiring college students for tasks such as moving, waste disposal, landscaping, and painting during the summer months.

Kyle Petersson attended the University of Puget Sound from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
