Robert Berman

Robert Berman has a diverse work experience starting from their current position as a Business Manager at Common, where they oversee co-living rooms and manages member on-boarding/off-boarding and leases. Previously, they worked as a Community Manager at Common and as a Resident Services Coordinator.

Before joining Common, Robert was a Sales & Marketing Associate at Bozzuto, where they focused on converting leads into community tours, conducting personalized tours, and building brand loyalty.

Prior to their roles in the real estate industry, Robert gained experience in sports organizations. Robert worked as a Junior Sales Associate in Group Sales & Service at the New York Yankees, where they handled various sales responsibilities. Robert also served as an Intern Assistant to the President & Director of Baseball Operation at the Syracuse Spartans, where they managed day-to-day operations, evaluated social media statistics, and communicated improvement suggestions to executive management.

Additionally, Robert had internships at the Boston Red Sox as a Premium Packages & Services Intern, where they assisted management, generated leads, managed customer service, and operated databases.

Earlier in their career, Robert worked as a Counselor at Camp Tamarack, where they were responsible for the well-being and activities of a group of children. Robert also served as a Camp Director's Assistant at Just One More Farm.

Throughout their various roles, Robert has demonstrated their skills in management, customer service, sales, marketing, and coordination.

Robert Berman attended Gill St. Bernard's School from 2011 to 2015. Robert then continued their education at Syracuse University from 2015 to 2019, studying at the School of Information Studies.
