Apoorv Srivastava has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Apoorv began their career in 1998 as a Research Scientist at the Information Sciences Institute/USC, where they led research on HiDISC, a decoupled multi-stream processor. In 2000, they joined Multilink Technology Corporation as the Executive Director of the Systems Engineering Group, where they managed the design and fabrication of FEC and Framer/Mapper ASICs for high-speed transmission over fiber. In 2003, they moved to Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation as the Systems Engineering Director, where they led the systems engineering group to define architecture and products for enterprise networking and low-cost SONET-based CPE products. In 2005, they founded VCreate Technology, a semiconductor consulting company focused on technologies for delivering cost-effective broadband content to users. In 2007, they joined Motorola Mobility as a Fellow of Technical Staff, where they were responsible for envisioning the next-generation of Motorola's products and formulating a cross-organizational strategy to launch a media analytics business. Apoorv then moved to ARRIS, where they again held the role of Fellow of Technical Staff. In 2017, they founded Alphaseer, where they developed new trading algorithms in Python that combined fundamental and technical trading based on machine learning and data analytics for trading US equities, options, and futures. In 2019, they joined Synapse LLC as the VP Data Analytics and IOT, leading the data analytics business. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer for CommSafe.ai, working on an AI/ML solution for protecting a company's people and IP.

Apoorv Srivastava's education history begins with their studies at Coornhert Lyceum, where they graduated with an Atheneum B degree in 1983. Apoorv then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Computer Engineering at Delft University of Technology, graduating in 1988. Finally, Apoorv Srivastava completed a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering at the University of Southern California in 1998.
