Don B.

Don B. has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the telecommunications and aerospace industries. Don is currently the Corporate Vice President of Operations at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Prior to that, Don served as the Director of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement at L3Harris Technologies from 2019 to 2022. Don also held roles at L3 Technologies, where they were the Director of Continuous Improvement and later became the Ethics Officer from 2010 to 2019. Before joining L3 Technologies, Don worked at Ducommun AeroStructures, where they served as the Vice President of Operations for multiple facilities and held responsibilities in lean manufacturing. Don's expertise lies in operations management, continuous improvement, and leadership.

Don B. has an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Don also holds a BSE in Industrial & Management Systems Engineering from Arizona State University.
