Manish Kumar Agrawal is an experienced humanitarian leader with a strong background in program management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement across various organizations. Currently, Manish serves as the Country Director for Concern Worldwide, providing overall leadership to the country program in Bangladesh and effectively managing resources, relationships with donors, and security operations. Previous roles include Country Director at the International Rescue Committee, where Manish launched and developed critical programs in response to the Rohingya crisis, and various leadership positions at Oxfam, including Programme Coordinator for the Rohingya Response. Manish has also contributed significantly to climate change initiatives in Ethiopia and has extensive expertise in disaster risk reduction and livelihood programs. Educational qualifications encompass a Diploma in Humanitarian Assistance, a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development, and a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Engineering.
