Dennis Apostadero-Gerona

Dennis Apostadero-Gerona has over 12 years of experience in various roles within the customer service and business development field. Dennis is currently working as an Operations Team Lead at Continuum Global Solutions since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Business Development - APAC at entomo from July 2020 to September 2021.

Dennis also worked as a Team Lead at Majorel Philippines from August 2019 to July 2020 and as a Sr. Advisor at Concentrix from June 2018 to August 2019. Dennis has experience as an Inside Sales Team Lead at AppCentric from June 2017 to June 2018, where they specialized in SAP consultancy services.

Before that, Dennis held roles at Jetstar Airways as a Seconded Trainer from August 2016 to June 2017 and as a Customer Care Executive from August 2015 to August 2016. Dennis also worked as a Relationship Manager at Stellar from April 2015 to August 2015.

In addition, Dennis has experience as a Web Moderator at Transcom from January 2011 to June 2011 and as an Editor at Ostracon Technology from June 2010 to February 2011. Dennis started their career as an Editor at McGraw-Hill International Enterprises from June 2009 to June 2010, where they focused on transcription and research tasks.

Dennis Apostadero-Gerona completed their Bachelor of Music degree in Flute Performance at the University of Santo Tomas from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they graduated from Binangonan Catholic High School in 1996, with a degree in High School Grad, focusing on Secondary Education. In addition, Dennis obtained a certification as a Certified OrgMapper Consultant from Maven7 APAC in August 2020.
