Sarah John

Sarah John has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Continuum Global Solutions since February 2023, Sarah previously held the position of Associate Director at Moder from August 2021 to January 2023. Additional roles include Senior Manager of Human Resources at Verity Global Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2021, Sr Manager CoE at Firstsource from July 2019 to January 2021, and various management positions in talent acquisition at Sourcepoint and Accenture in India. Sarah began professional career at Ocwen as an Operations Team Lead in 2005, progressing through various roles that solidified expertise in recruitment and operations. Sarah holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, completed in 2007, and received foundational education at Lawrence School, Lovedale from 1990 to 1999.
