THE OPPORTUNITY:

ContractPodAi is seeking a passionate Field Marketing Specialist to own and execute global marketing programs at the regional level. With a goal to build, influence, and accelerate sales pipeline, through a variety of account-based and regional event-focused marketing strategies and tactics. 

  • Work closely with the SDR, Sales and marketing teams to execute and optimize regional events and campaigns
  • Qualify new regional events
  • Execute pre- and post-event logistics, onsite strategy, event marketing campaigns & performance measurement
  • Advocate for what sales needs from marketing and keep sales informed on marketing priorities
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious KPIs and activity levels
  • Communicate program status to key stakeholders, accountable for programs are executed on time and qualified accounts/leads are effectively followed up on time by Account Representatives
  • Be accountable for driving target account engagement at events and pipeline goals
  • Work closely with Sales on regional marketing campaign execution
  • Take corporate-level campaigns and tailor for regional nuances and languages
  • Regional promotional item management
  • Assist Event Manager with regional online events and webinars when needed
  • Assist Event Manager with content and communication creation for regional events
  • Assist Event Manager with internal events such as Sales Kickoff and Customer Advisory Board meetings

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • First and foremost, can-do attitude
  • 2-4 years in Enterprise B2B marketing and/or sales, account-based marketing experience and field marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong work ethic, team-player mentality, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent copy editing, communication & project management skills managing multiple work streams
  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
  • Solid project management and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player and collaborator, with a variety of people and teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with various Martech solutions ideal: Salesforce, 6Sense (or other ABM platforms), Qualified, etc.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Negotiating skills, a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to travel as needed to regional events & conferences
