Ximena Castro is currently serving as a Customer Experience Partner at Crabi since March 2023. Previously, Ximena held the position of Customer Experience Team Leader at Muni Tienda from November 2020 to March 2023, where leadership of a team of 10 representatives resulted in six consecutive months of high CSAT scores. Ximena developed and implemented a strategy for improving team culture and efficiency across a 40-agent Hispanic customer experience team. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at Uber from February 2017 to May 2020, providing support for drivers, couriers, and riders, and as an Auxiliary Accounting and Receptionist at Red Brands from May 2014 to February 2017, where responsibilities included customer communication and administrative tasks. Proficiency in tools such as Kustomer, Metabase, and Power BI has been demonstrated throughout Ximena's career.
