Chad Whitman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chad is currently an Enterprise Support Engineer at Cradlepoint, where they started in March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Admin at BRINK Interactive, starting in November 2021. Before that, Chad worked at Decisive Enterprise IT Infrastructure from October 2019 to March 2021, first as a Technical Account Manager and then as a Systems Engineer. At Decisive, they provided support on delivering IT infrastructure solutions and support, maintained relationships with sales teams, and captured technical requirements.

Chad's previous experience includes working as an Application Engineer at MilDef Inc. from June 2018 to September 2019, where they supported the US sales team and worked with partners and system integrators in multiple countries. Chad also worked as a Technical Support Specialist at TeamLogicIT from November 2017 to June 2018, providing IT support to local businesses and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prior to their career in IT, Chad served in the United States Marine Corps from May 2011 to April 2015 as an Infantry Mortar Section Leader - Sergeant. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating team operations, leading training programs, providing guidance, and planning missions.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Chad worked as a Field Service Technician at Cox Communications from April 2015 to December 2016. Chad was responsible for the installation and repair of telecommunication services, with expertise in telephony, data, video, and home security/automation services.

Chad Whitman's education history begins with attending Saddleback College from 2009 to 2016, where they pursued a General Studies field without obtaining a degree. Later on, they enrolled at Brandman University from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology specializing in Business Systems.

In addition to their formal education, Chad Whitman has obtained various certifications. In January 2018, they achieved the CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA. Then, in January 2020, they acquired the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certification from Cisco. Shortly after, in February 2020, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification, also from Cisco. More recently, in September 2020, they gained the ACE-A1.2 certification from Arista Networks. Lastly, in October 2020, Chad Whitman earned the VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2020 certification from VMware.
