Matt Razutis has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Matt started their career as a Crash Fire Rescue Specialist in the United States Marine Corps from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they worked as a Front Desk Clerk at a hotel in 2008. In 2009, they enrolled as a student at DeVry University until 2011. Additionally, in 2012, they worked as a Computer Technician at Computer Stop Inc and as a Student at Broadview University. In the same year, they joined Cradlepoint as a Technician and later transitioned into an Enterprise Support Engineer from 2014 to 2015. Subsequently, they progressed to the role of Senior Enterprise Support Engineer in 2015 and then became an Enterprise Support Engineering Supervisor from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they serve as the Manager of Global Service and Support at Cradlepoint, where they manage a global team responsible for resolving customer and partner issues while ensuring overall customer success. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated strong technical skills, provided technical assistance, supervised escalations, conducted training classes, and successfully led and guided their teams.

Matt Razutis obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology from Broadview University in 2012. Prior to that, they attended DeVry University from 2009 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Gaming and Simulation Programming. In addition to their degrees, Matt also obtained a certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching in June 2015.
