Lisa Bartlett

Lisa Bartlett has over fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry. Lisa began their career as a Client Executive at Marsh and then moved to Aon Limited, where they served as Area Director. In 2012, they joined Towergate Insurance Brokers as Sales and Marketing Director. In this role, they were responsible for developing the client service proposition, divisional sales strategy, lead generation, and data management. In 2014, they left Towergate to join Willis Group as Client Sales & Service Leader. Lisa Bartlett became President of Crawford & Company UK and Ireland in June 2019.

Lisa Bartlett has a MSc in Risk Management from Glasgow Caledonian University. Lisa also has certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Institute of Risk Management.
