Lionel Alejandro Cueva

Lionel Alejandro Cueva has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Lionel Alejandro started their career as a Hardware Technical at Microland, Apple Peru in 1994 before transitioning to become a Graphic Designer at DataCentro. In 1997, they became the General Manager at Núñez Ureta Productions, where they successfully started an advertising company and grew it to become one of the first website designing companies in Peru.

In 2000, Lionel joined MultiLing as the General Manager and played a crucial role in opening and leading the MultiLing office in Peru, managing a team of 20 employees. During their tenure, they increased management effectiveness, developed strategic plans, and accomplished subsidiary objectives.

Lionel Alejandro later became the CEO of SmartDTP in 2010, a Desktop Publishing corporation specialized in providing DTP, translation, and localization services. As CEO, Lionel drove marketing and operations, achieved significant revenue growth, and expanded globally by opening an office in China. SmartDTP gained recognition in the global translations market under their leadership.

In 2013, Lionel returned to MultiLing Corporation as the Director of DTP Division. Lionel Alejandro successfully opened the DTP department in MultiLing-China and managed a team of 40 DTP members spread across different international locations. Lionel Alejandro also implemented an internal management and tracking process system, improving operational procedures and customer service. Additionally, they worked with the executive team to roll out strategic plans for corporate technology improvements.

After leaving MultiLing in 2016, Lionel joined Marlac as the Managing Director until 2018 when they became the Chief Executive Officer. Currently, they are also serving as the Director of e-Learning Operations at Crescentia Global Talent Solutions since 2020.

Additionally, they have a Diploma in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Instituto ADEX, and is certified in Personnel Administration from MBS Consulting. Lionel Alejandro holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from EUDE Business School.
