Head of Customer Engagement at Cresset

Lawrence Sanders has extensive work experience in customer engagement and customer success roles. Lawrence is currently working at Cresset software and discovery as the Head of Customer Engagement and as a Customer Engagement Consultant. Previously, they worked at Checkit.net as the Head of Customer Success. Prior to that, Lawrence was a Customer Success Manager at Owlstone Medical and Illumina. At Illumina, they also held positions as a Technical Support Supervisor and a Product Support Engineer. Lawrence began their career as a Sr. Field Engineer at Siemens Healthcare and as a Field Engineer at Horiba. Lawrence also served in the United States Air Force as a Biomedical Equipment Technician, where they were involved in projects to modernize hospitals and provided technical assistance visits to medical facilities in Europe.

Lawrence Sanders has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Technical Management from DeVry University, which they obtained between the years 2004 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended Arundel Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1995, where they received a Certificate in Drafting and Design.
