Marketing Science Lead at Critical Mass

Aleesha Raza's work experience begins in 2015, when they worked as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP) until September of that year. In 2016, they joined Uber as a Marketing Associate and B2B Client Lead, a position they held until August 2017. Aleesha then worked at General Motors in 2018 as a Business Consultant in their Rotation Program (Co-op) from March to August. In January 2020, Aleesha joined Critical Mass as a Marketing Science Analyst and was later promoted to Marketing Science Senior Analyst in September 2021. Currently, they serve as the Marketing Science Lead at Critical Mass since April 2023.

Aleesha Raza completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Management from the Lahore School of Economics from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business/Entrepreneurship/Technology from the University of Waterloo, which they completed in 2018. Additionally, Aleesha obtained various certifications, including Excel: Macros and VBA for Beginners from LinkedIn in October 2019, Data Analysis with Python from WeCloudData in July 2019, and Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Excel from edX in June 2019. Aleesha also received certifications from Google, including the Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Google Tag Manager Fundamentals, Google Ads Fundamentals Certification, and Google Ads Search Certification, all obtained in 2019. In 2019, Aleesha acquired skills in SQL - MySQL for Data Analytics and Business Intelligence from Udemy. Aleesha also obtained certifications in Agile with Atlassian Jira from Atlassian in April 2019. Furthermore, in 2018, Aleesha received a Certificate in Fundamentals of Management Consulting and a Certificate in Technical Sales from the Conrad School of Entrepreneurship and Business. Aleesha also completed certifications in Inferential Statistics and Descriptive Statistics from Udacity in 2018. Lastly, they obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google in May 2019.
