Trish Skoglund

Trish Skoglund has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Trish began their career in 2002 at Albertsons, where they served as a Service Supervisor and Safety Coordinator. Trish then worked as an International Lumber Trader at North Pacific from 2005 to 2007. Trish joined Standard Insurance Company in 2008 as an Organization Development & Process Improvement Specialist before transitioning to CH2M HILL, where they held multiple roles, including Field Administrative Manager, Resource Planning & Scheduling Supervisor, and Sr. Project Controls Contract Specialist. In 2012, they joined Petrofac as an Operations Support Consultant, driving unbundling efforts for operations and maintenance contracts. Trish then worked at SWIFT as an Operations Performance Analyst, providing expertise on maintenance contractors' performance. From 2015 to 2020, they were employed at bp, where they held various positions, including Activity Planning Lead, Performance Analyst, Maintenance Specialist, Maintenance Team Lead, and Special Projects - Onshore Wind. Most recently, Trish has been working at Crowley since 2020, where they currently hold the role of Corporate Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, responsible for the full cycle of M&A and venture investments.

Trish Skoglund's education history includes obtaining an Advanced Finance Program from Wharton Executive Education in 2022-2023. Trish completed an MBA in Global Business from the University of Portland from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Management and Marketing from the Portland State University School of Business in 1998-2002. In 2001, Trish also studied Spanish Language at Academia Hispano Americana. In addition to their degrees, they have acquired various certifications, including a range of finance-focused ones from Wharton Executive Education in 2022-2023. Trish also holds certifications in Agile Coaching and Agile Team Facilitation awarded by ICAgile in 2019. Furthermore, Trish has earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
