Vijayaraghavan then worked as a Project Intern for Honeywell Aerospace from July 2012 to April 2013, where they developed simulation-based mathematical models using MATLAB/SIMULINK for performance prediction of turbofan engines.

Afterwards, they joined Cummins Inc. in October 2013 as a Component Engineer, specializing in mechatronics. Their responsibilities included developing and modeling turbochargers of variable geometry and wastegates from concept stage to production.

In 2015, Vijayaraghavan became a Senior Engine and Vehicle Calibration Engineer at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions. Vijayaraghavan focused on calibrating and tuning engines for passenger cars and commercial vehicles, as well as developing driving functions and tuning PID and mechatronic controllers.

From January 2016 to July 2019, Vijayaraghavan worked at Honeywell as a Senior Engineer in System Modeling and Analysis. Vijayaraghavan successfully completed multiple auxiliary power unit start and operability tests for different aircraft platforms and developed starting procedures and electrical transient load procedures for these tests.

Their most recent role was as a Senior Systems Engineer at Cubic Corporation, starting in April 2020. In this position, they led the system engineering for customer-facing devices, including 3rd party system integration, requirements management, and the lifecycle management of REST and SOAP APIs. Vijayaraghavan also managed hardware and software development teams for multiple system elements.

Vijayaraghavan Ramesh obtained a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Mechatronics Engineering from VIT University, Vellore, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.
