Susan Yonghui Chen Ed.d.

Susan Yonghui Chen, Ed.D. is currently the Senior Manager of Digital Learning at the Cultural Intelligence Center. In their role, Susan Yonghui manages online programs and resources, collaborates with subject matter experts to develop content, oversees vendors for curriculum development, and troubleshoots technical issues. Susan has also held positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, George Mason University, and General Motors, where Susan Yonghui designed training curriculum and managed projects in corporate training and customer service training. Susan holds a Doctor of Education in Learning Design and Technology from Wayne State University, as well as other relevant degrees and certifications.
