Nate M. is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing and cannabis industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Curaleaf since November 2017, Nate oversees field operations across the United States, previously holding roles such as Vice President of East and Northeast Operations. Prior to Curaleaf, Nate was Plant Operations Manager at KariOut Co., where innovative rebuilding of the manufacturing operations led to improved safety and productivity. Additionally, experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Specialty Quality Packaging and Director of Operations at ProZone Lockers and Universal Custom Millwork, showcasing a strong background in production management and operational efficiency. Nate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Siena College, with a minor in Philosophy.
