Melissa Souto Coppola has held various roles in the product marketing and development field since 2011. Melissa began their career as an Intern, Beauty Brand Development at Victoria's Secret in 2011, followed by Coordinator, Beauty Concept and Trend in the same company. Melissa then moved to L Brands in 2015, where they held the role of Assistant Product Manager, Brand Development. That same year, Melissa also worked at COTY Inc. as an Assistant Product Marketing Manager. In 2016, they joined Glossier, Inc. as Manager, Product Marketing and Development, and was promoted to Senior Manager, Product Marketing and Development, and then Director of Product Marketing and Development. In 2019, Melissa moved to Luxury Brand Partners, LLC as Vice President, Product Innovation. Most recently, they have been Vice President, Head of Product Marketing & Development at Curology since 2020.
Melissa Souto Coppola attended New York University from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism (Media Criticism) and European & Mediterranean Studies. Melissa also attended Northwestern University from 2008 to 2010.
