Imhabibi Laroche

Imhabibi Laroche has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They began their career as an Executive Human Resources Assistant at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts in 2005. They then worked as a Human Resources Intern at Jewish Hospital & St Mary's HealthCare in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Human Resource Generalist at Emerson Process Management. In 2013, they joined Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions as an Employee Relations Manager and later became a Human Resources Manager. In 2017, they transitioned to CWS and held the positions of Senior Human Resources Manager and then Human Resources Director. Currently, since 2020, they are serving as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Central Florida.

Imhabibi Laroche pursued higher education starting from 2002 to 2006 at the University of Kentucky. During this period, Laroche obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Continuing with a commitment to academic advancement, Laroche attended the University of Louisville from 2008 to 2010, where a Master's degree in Human Resource Education was achieved.
