Brian Thomas

Brian Thomas is currently the Chief Product Officer at Customer.io, leading the Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design organization. Prior to this role, Brian served as the VP of Product & Design at the same company, driving product vision and strategy during a period of significant employee growth. Before their time at Customer.io, Brian worked at Adobe for over nine years, holding roles such as Group Product Manager and Senior Product Manager. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
