Hadas Ofir

Hadas Ofir has a strong background in customer experience and success, with experience as the Director of Customer Experience at Cypago and the Director of Customer Success at Hunters. Prior to that, they held various roles at KELA, including Head of Pre/Post Sales and Solutions Architect. Hadas also has experience in business intelligence analysis and strategy, having worked at Intelligo Group and Start-Up Nation Central. Additionally, they gained valuable expertise in cybersecurity and information systems as a SIGINT and Information Systems Officer at the Prime Ministers Office.

Hadas Ofir earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Shalem College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. During the same period, they also completed a program in Military Security Policy and Strategy as an alumnus of The Tikvah Fund. In 2021, Hadas pursued further education in Creating Value with Customer Success through a program at pmsphere - Leading Products to Success, specializing in CS407.
