Camilla Mora has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, with experience ranging from being a Barista to a Restaurant Manager/Head Sommelier. Currently, Camilla is overseeing operations at Da Vittorio's New Wave in Shanghai, the second restaurant in Asia by the Michelin-three-starred Italian restaurant. Prior to this, Camilla held positions such as Head Sommelier at Piano35 and Sommelier at Ristorante Piccolo Lago and Ristorante Nazionale. Camilla also has experience as a Chef de rang and Commis di sala in various establishments, showcasing their versatility in different roles within the industry.
