Edward M. Rauen Jr. has an extensive work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Edward M. then went on to complete their Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) from Mount St. Joseph University, from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Rauen also obtained a certification in "Creating Psychological Safety for Diverse Teams" from LinkedIn in March 2021.
