Oliver Habluetzel

Oliver Habluetzel has extensive work experience in the legal field. Oliver currently serves as the Senior Legal Director at Dana Incorporated since March 2019. Prior to this, they held various roles at Oerlikon, including General Counsel for Oerlikon Drive Systems from August 2014 to March 2019, and Senior Legal Counsel in M&A/Finance from February 2012 to August 2014. Oliver also worked as an Associate at Lenz & Staehelin from March 2008 to February 2012. Oliver was a Foreign Associate at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from 2010 to 2011 and started their career as a Junior Associate at Baker & McKenzie in 2005. Oliver also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of St. Gallen in 2004.

Oliver Habluetzel holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of St.Gallen, which they completed between the years 2000 and 2005. Oliver later pursued their Ph.D. in Law at the same university from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they attended the University of Chicago Law School where they obtained an LL.M. degree in Law.
