John Bonanno

John Bonanno's work experience includes a role as Vice President - Liberty Park at Daniel Communities since April 2019. John previously worked at JTG Holdings, LLC as Senior Vice President of Operations from January 2017 to March 2019. Prior to that, they were employed by Walton Group of Companies as General Manager from June 2014 to December 2016, and as Senior Planning and Development Manager from November 2013 to June 2014. John also served as President at Integrated Development Strategies, LLC from June 2012 to November 2013. Before that, they held various roles at Crescent Communities, LLC, including Vice President - Engineering and Land Services from May 2011 to June 2012, Residential Vice President - Atlanta from May 2007 to June 2011, and Vice President Project Management from May 2003 to May 2007. John Bonanno earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Brenau University between 1997 and 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Technologies from New York Institute of Technology, which they completed between 1981 and 1986. Alongside their formal education, John also holds additional certifications, including LEED Green Associate from the Green Building Certification Institute and Professional Civil Engineer from the State of Georgia.
