Erum Saba

Erum Saba has extensive work experience in finance and corporate compliance. Erum is currently serving as the Head of Treasury, Corporate Compliance & Source Co. at Daraz since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Lucky Cement Limited as the Manager Finance - SAP FI Implementation/Treasury from July 2013 to July 2017. During their time at Lucky Cement Limited, they implemented the first S/4 SAP HANA in Pakistan and was responsible for the payments function in Treasury.

Before Lucky Cement Limited, Erum worked at Procter & Gamble for several roles. Erum served as the Pakistan Payable Site Leader, Employee Benefit and Corporate Affairs Leader from March 2010 to July 2013. In this role, they led extensive stewardship strengthening efforts, implemented process improvements, and was responsible for payable forecasting. Erum also served as an Audit Coordinator for P&G and Gillette, Insurance & Corporate Affairs from July 2009 to March 2010, where they achieved clean audit reports and liaised with auditors for external and internal audits. Additionally, they worked as the RE/LoE Compliance Project Leader for Pakistan from April 2009 to June 2009, successfully implementing the STEAM approval system.

Erum's earlier experience at Procter & Gamble includes roles such as SAP Implementation Key Leader from January 2008 to February 2009, where they led the implementation of SAP for Affiliates and managed budgeting and reporting. Erum also served as the Intercompany, SRA, Bank Accounting Management Leader from December 2006 to February 2009, where they led initiatives to eliminate intercompany balances and managed country strategic and budget planning.

Erum's professional journey began as an intern at the State Bank of Pakistan in 2006.

Erum Saba's education history begins with their matriculation from White House Grammar School, where they studied science. Following that, they attended ST. JOSEPHS DEGREE COLLEGE FOR WOMEN from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued an intermediate degree in Pre-Medical. Lastly, Erum Saba enrolled in Karachi University Business School from 2004 to 2006 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance.
