Tatiana Palhares

Tatiana Palhares began their work experience in 2007 at Memória Visual, where they held the roles of Project Manager and Content Manager until 2014. In 2014, they transitioned to Rocket Internet SE as a Project Manager, where they managed the transition from waterfall to agile, and oversaw multiple systems being used in different continents. In 2015, they joined Jumia Group as a Senior Product Owner, responsible for various modules including Order Management System and Warehouse Management System. Tatiana then moved to Daraz in 2017 as Chief Product Officer.

Tatiana Palhares earned a Licentiate degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Curso de Formação Contínua in Economia para Jornalistas at Faculdade de Economia da Universidade do Porto from 2006 to 2007. In addition, Tatiana Palhares obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in October 2015.
