Stefan Fodermeyer has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies.

Stefan is currently working at DasLab as the Head of People & Culture, a position they started in August 2022.

Prior to that, Stefan worked at air up, where they held various roles. Stefan started as an HR Business Partner in March 2020 and transitioned to become a Senior HR Business Partner in May 2021. In September 2021, they took on the role of Team Lead - HR Business Partnering, where they were responsible for establishing and developing the HR Business Partnering model. Stefan also had operational HR Business Partner responsibilities for Sales & Marketing leads, along with project ownerships within People & Culture. Stefan stayed in this role until August 2022.

Before joining air up, Stefan took a travel leave from October 2019 to February 2020.

Prior to that, they worked at SHS VIVEON AG, where they held multiple roles. Stefan started as an Assistant Human Resources in April 2016 and then became an Associate Human Resources in September 2016. In March 2018, they transitioned to become an HR Business Partner. Stefan stayed with the company until September 2019.

Stefan also worked as a Back Office Supervisor at Holiday Inn Munich - City Centre from an unknown start date in 2015 to an unknown end date in 2016.

Furthermore, they gained experience as a Werkstudent Human Resources at SHS VIVEON AG from February 2014 to August 2015.

Stefan Fodermeyer's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. Stefan obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to their master's degree, in 2013, Stefan completed an Erasmus Semester in Tourism Management at Edinburgh Napier University.

Stefan also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Tourismus-Management from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences. Stefan pursued their bachelor's degree from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Stefan has obtained several certifications. Stefan completed the Diversity & Inclusion program at ZEIT Akademie in February 2023. In May 2022, Stefan became an Asana Ambassador through the Asana Ambassador Program. Stefan also completed the Organizational Design: A Modern Practical Approach course on Udemy in December 2021.
