Aayush Rathi

Aayush Rathi has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Fundraising Director at Tails since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Affiliate at the Data & Society Research Institute starting from October 2022. Aayush also held various positions at the Centre for Internet and Society, including Research Lead from January 2022, Senior Program Manager from January 2020 to December 2021, and Program Manager from March 2018 to December 2019. In addition, they were a Consultant at Mozilla from June to December 2022 and a Research Consultant at AlgorithmWatch from November 2021 to January 2022. Aayush also worked as a Consultant at BBC Media Action from February 2020 to October 2021, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung from June to November 2020, and the Association for Progress from June to October 2020. Lastly, they started their career as an Associate at IndusLaw from August 2017 to February 2018.

From 2012 to 2017, Aayush Rathi attended The National University of Juridical Sciences, where they earned a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree in Law.
