Maryna Melnik

Maryna Melnik has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Maryna is currently working at DataArt as the Head of Learning and Development, where they manage the L&D department and is responsible for developing and implementing the L&D strategy. Prior to this role, Maryna worked at EPAM Systems as the Head of Content Development Competency Center and the Head of Content Management, L&D. Maryna was responsible for growing the Content Development Team, bringing various teams under their supervision, and improving the rating of online courses. Before EPAM Systems, Maryna worked at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, as a Programme Associate, where they arranged meetings with government authorities, conducted risk analysis, and handled public information activities. Maryna also has experience working as a Research Analyst at The Research Foundation for SUNY and as the Deputy Chair of the Board and Project Manager at UNIHELP. Maryna started their career as an English Instructor at Belarusian State Pedagogical University.
