Theo Snellen

Theo Snellen has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Theo is currently working as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Datenna, where they focus on building automated OSINT software and conducting in-depth research to assist governments in making well-informed decisions regarding China. Previously, Theo worked at Elements Talent Consultancy as a Talent Manager and Senior Talent Partner, specializing in embedded talent consultancy for partners like Spotify and Atlassian. Theo also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Amenitiz, where they helped build an all-in-one platform for vacation property owners. In addition, Theo has experience in recruitment roles at IKEA, Just Eat Takeaway.com, King, Booking.com, Spotify, Sky, and The Instant Group. Throughout their career, Theo has demonstrated a passion for leveraging technology and data to improve the recruitment process.

Theo Snellen began their education at The Beaconsfield School in 2002, where they obtained 10 GCSEs and 3 A-levels in the subjects of History, Geography, and Business Studies by 2008. Theo then pursued higher education at the University of Derby from 2008 to 2009, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History.
