Frank S.

Frank S. has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Frank began their career in 1981 in the United States Navy as a Reactor Operator and Electronics Technician. From 1989 to 1994, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Hughs LAN Systems, followed by a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Alantec Corp from 1994 to 1996.

In 1997, Frank joined Assured Access Technology (Alcatel) as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineering Manager until 2000. From 2001 to 2004, they founded and worked at ONStor as a Founder, Principal Software Engineer, and Director Software.

Frank then joined Xsigo Systems in 2004 as a Senior Software Architect and Senior Director SW until 2012. Following this, they worked at AlephCloud Systems, Inc. as the Sr Director Software and Principal Software Engineer from 2012 to 2014.

Frank'smost recent role was at Delphix, where they held the position of Senior Director Software Engineering from 2014 to 2017, and later became the VP Engineering in 2017. The end dates for their roles at Delphix are not provided.

Frank S. began their education in 1981 at the US Navy Electronics School, where they studied electronics theory and communication and radar systems. In 1982, they continued their education at the US Navy Nuclear Power School, focusing on nuclear and electrical engineering. From 1989 to 1992, Frank attended De Anza College, where they pursued a field of study in computer science.
