Christy Crumpler

Christy Crumpler, PHR, has extensive work experience in human resources, specifically in global benefits and total rewards. Christy is currently the Director of Global Benefits at Dentsply Sirona, where they provide strategic and operational leadership for rewards programs for 15,000 employees worldwide. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at SAS, including Senior Director of Global Benefits, Mobility, and Work Life Programs, and Director of Global Benefits. In these roles, they designed and executed global total rewards strategies, managed benefit programs across multiple regions, and ensured programs were externally competitive and cost-effective. Christy also served as a Senior Manager of Benefits, Principal Benefits Analyst, and Senior Benefits Analyst at SAS, where they led the design, development, and administration of total rewards programs. Before their time at SAS, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at a different company, where they advised and supported managers and employees on HR-related areas and partnered with business leaders to develop HR strategies. Prior to that, they held positions at Time Warner Cable, RBC Centura, First Citizens Bank, and Wachovia Bank, where they gained experience in HR roles such as Senior HR Representative, HR Generalist, Corporate Recruiter, and Branch Manager.

Christy Crumpler, PHR holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Meredith College, which was obtained between 1991 and 1995. Additionally, they have obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
