Reann Rice-Miles

Reann Rice is the current HR Manager at the Denver Broncos. Reann has previous experience working as an HR Assistant and Coordinator/Recruiter. In their previous positions, they were responsible for maintaining confidentiality, managing new-hire documentation, providing benefit information to employees, and reconciling invoices. Reann also administered background checks, drug tests, and skills tests. In their role as HR Manager, they are responsible for overseeing the Broncos’ recruitment process and employee relations.

Reann Rice received a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Oakland Community College.

They are on a team with Alannah Langley - Human Resources Administrator, Naomi Savas - DE&I Program Coordinator, and Aracely Gomez - Human Resources Director. Reann Rice reports to Nancy Svoboda, EVP, Human Resources.
