Hugh Grzela

Hugh Grzela has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Hugh currently serves as the Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development at Dexterra Group, where they provide strategic guidance in areas such as talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to this, they held positions at StarTech.com, Compass Group Canada, Highmark Health, ARAMARK, Drake International Ltd., and Bosworth Field Associates, where they gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, leadership, and recruitment. Hugh'sexpertise spans various industries, including healthcare, foodservice, and facilities management.

Hugh Grzela attended York Mills Collegiate Institute from 1987 to 1989. From 1990 to 1993, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at York University.
