Laura Husband has extensive work experience in various roles across different companies. Laura started their career at Cox Communications in 2002 as a Universal Sales Agent and later served as a Quality/Customer Relations Specialist, Sales Lead, Sales Supervisor, Customer Retention Supervisor, and Retail Store Manager. Their responsibilities in these roles included managing teams, meeting sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and implementing training programs. Laura then moved on to Logic Communications Ltd. as a Customer Service Manager, where they oversaw the Customer Service Department and implemented strategies to enhance customer support. Laura also worked as the General Manager at Island Trading Ltd., where they provided leadership and implemented employee training. At The Phoenix Stores Limited, they worked as a Department Manager. Currently, Laura is working at Digicel Group as the Head of Customer Care, where they are responsible for managing all aspects of Customer Care Operations and ensuring optimal customer experience.
